We process your data on the basis of consent (for health data and marketing), contract (to provide services you have requested), legitimate interest (to improve our services and website security), and legal obligation (such as retaining medical records for the period required by law).

We disclose data only to the extent necessary to service providers we rely on, including our website platform (Wix), advertising and analytics providers (Google), the messaging platform used for appointments (LINE), and government authorities where disclosure is required by law.

ภายใต้ PDPA ท่านมีสิทธิขอเข้าถึงและขอสำเนาข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลของท่าน ขอให้แก้ไขข้อมูลที่ไม่ถูกต้อง ขอให้ลบหรือทำลายข้อมูล ขอให้ระงับการใช้ข้อมูลชั่วคราว คัดค้านการเก็บรวบรวมหรือใช้ข้อมูล และเพิกถอนความยินยอมที่เคยให้ไว้ได้ทุกเมื่อ โดยการเพิกถอนจะไม่กระทบต่อความชอบด้วยกฎหมายของการประมวลผลที่เกิดขึ้นก่อนหน้านั้น

8. การรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูล

เรากำหนดมาตรการทางเทคนิคและการบริหารจัดการที่เหมาะสมเพื่อป้องกันการเข้าถึง แก้ไข หรือเปิดเผยข้อมูลโดยไม่ได้รับอนุญาต และจำกัดสิทธิ์การเข้าถึงข้อมูลสุขภาพให้เฉพาะบุคลากรที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการรักษาเท่านั้น
